I received an email from Oshkosh Corporation asking me to click a link and validate my account information. What should I do?

This is most likely a request for your account information from a “Phisher”. Oshkosh Corporation will never send you an email link to validate your account information. Do not click the link. Please notify your buyer if you receive an email claiming to be from Oshkosh Corporation asking you for this information.

“Phishers” send messages claiming to be from a business or organization that you might deal with, for example, a bank, online payment service, or even a government agency. The message usually says that you need to "update" or "validate" your account information. It might threaten some dire consequence if you don't respond. The message directs you to a false website that looks just like a legitimate site, but is actually a trap. The purpose of the false website is to trick you into divulging your personal information or your access credentials so the operators can steal your identity.

It is a good practice not to open attachments from people you don’t know or don’t expect, and never click on links in email that ask you for personal information. If you are directed to a website to update your information, verify that the site is legitimate by calling the contacts or support staff at the company directly.

I don’t receive any e-mails from OSN?

Receiving emails from OSN is a personal choice. Log into OSN, click the Preferences hyperlink, and set your Email Style. Refer to the Getting Started UPK Module Overview for more details.

How can I view all the notification sent to me via OSN?

Log into OSN, navigate to Home tab, Notification section and click on Full List button. Refer to the Getting Started -> Notifications UPK for more details on notifications.
