This drives our commitment in collaborating with a diverse range of suppliers around the globe for all of our vehicle platforms within our 4 business segments.

At Oshkosh Corporation we are committed to working with suppliers that can support our MOVE strategy and maintain the highest levels of performance in our Global Procurement and Supply Chains four priorities: Delivery/Supply Chain, Quality/Launch, NPD Program Management, and Competitiveness. The diversity program, supported by our upper management team, is designed to provide equal opportunity to all suppliers. These include but are not limited to suppliers categorized as; Women-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, as well as those located in Historically Underutilized Business regions.

Outreach

Oshkosh participates in outreach activities to locate qualified suppliers that are committed to quality, with a competitive price and are focused on meeting our delivery timelines.

Our outreach activities include the following:

  • Participating in local and national small business supplier conferences and trade fairs
  • Utilizing the Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC) and small business repositories such as System for Award Management (SAM) and the Small Business Administrations Dynamic Small Business Search
  • Research within our Oshkosh Supplier Profile System to locate new sources for current quoting activities

Registration information collected in the profile system is an important part of new Supplier review, but does not obligate Oshkosh to solicit further information nor send quote.
